Professor Joseph Atkinson, conference grant recipient, sponsored by the Government of Canada.  Beyond the Boundary Waters Treaty: Governance, Ecosystem Science and Management in the Connecting Channels. In conjunction with the International Joint Commission centennial celebration of the Boundary Waters Treaty, the University of Buffalo will host this conference to address governance and ecosystem sustainability issues affecting the connecting channels of the Great Lakes, with an emphasis on the Niagara River.
